Smart Epos was founded in 2003 by Mike Sharpe and Tony Bentham. The company has grown from a modest start to a business that employs twelve IT and web specialists.

We have grown by offering our customers a very personal service and with Mikes' marketing background, we have been able to add that extra help to new e-commerce customers.

We realise that building a web site is just the first step in creating new business for you– Smart Epos provide detailed help on web marketing, web optimisation, email marketing, Google Adwords, Google Adsense and many other search engine and affiliate engines.

Our team of staff pride themselves on the ability to "think differently" in this fast changing environment, and believe that we can offer the very latest systems for our customers to get the most from the Internet.

We have developed a well tested e commerce 'engine' using php and MySQL that can be modified to suit most businesses including sophisticated stock handling and Sage integration. Smart Epos also have developed systems for click search systems using various product feeds

Our Company is based in Hythe, Kent. We are 10 minutes from the main line to London, 10 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and the M20, as well 20 minutes from the Dover Ferry Terminal. We have customers in all parts of the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.
