We offer Actinic one-to-one training or group training by arrangement Our knowledgable Actinic trainers can either train you on-site or at our offices conveniently located in a town near to the Channel Tunnel in Kent. We offer Actinic training in all aspects of Actinic and setting up your ecommerce site and if your site is created by us, the training will be personalised to the maintenance of your site.

• Adding, modifying and deleting products (through the Actinic interface and through the importing of data)

Where you have provided example product data and content or we have designed/built your Actinic website we are able to personalise your Actinic training course even more. All courses are conducted on a practical rather than demonstrational basis, i.e. with you at the computer doing hands-on practical exercises rather than us just showing you. This way it will be quicker for you to learn your way around the software.

All that plus 60-days free access (excluding call charges at local rates) to our technical support helpdesk for your Actinic issues.

After the first 60-days we offer a selection of support and maintenance contracts which are tailored to your Actinic ecommerce site's needs.

Advanced Developer Training

• Smart Epos can offer a high level of Actinic user training as well as advanced design training, we believe that it is important for the client to fully understand in depth the functionality that Actinic can offer.
• We can train your in-house developer to create your own themes using Dreamweaver/Fireworks if required, as well as offering comprehensive support contracts.

This is a one day course for two people at the same time either at our office or on site at your premises. If we have built your Actinic theme for you we train you on all aspects of updating and managing the site or we can train you on your own site. This course will also focus on more advanced concepts such as shipping, customer accounts, importing/exporting, and order processing. By the conclusion of the day you will be able to manage your site and keep it updated – we offer 60 days telephone support with this course. Thereafter we can provide various levels of support contract for such things as amendments to templates etc.

All courses come with comprehensive manuals for you to keep.

Actinic Advanced course for Store operators

Design and Implementation for Actinic store operators who wish to do more creative work 'in house' This course will focus heavily on new design creation using Dreamweaver and look at other web technologies such as Flash, JavaScript and Style Sheets. You'll learn a few tricks of the trade to enhance design and understand how to implement sites effectively for yourself. A basic understanding of Actinic's product range is a pre-requisite. You will also need to be able to use Dreamweaver. This is a full day course (7 hours) for a maximum of two persons at your premises.
